Tischio and Brochin of Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Group complete $1.95 million sale
The North Haven office of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New England Commercial Group agents, John Tischio CCIM and Elizabeth Brochin, completed the sale of 135-141 Orange St., the Palladium Building. The purchase price was $1.95 million. New Haven is continuing to attract interest from investors and developers. A number of significant projects now underway or moving along in the planning process will add biomedical research and development space, expand the number of residential units, add commercial space, and improve existing infrastructure and access to the city.
Tischio and Brochin represented the seller, Orange Palladium, LLC. Regina Sauer of Real Living Wareck D'Ostilio Real Estate represented the buyer, NHR.
