Executive vice president Robert Tito and assistant vice president Gina Barroso represented the seller Lynnshore Associates, LLC, who purchased the property from NAI Hunneman back in 2005, and procured the buyer, Aeneas 4, LLC.
“The property’s stable occupancy in a core Boston rental market, made this an attractive investment opportunity that generated a multiple bid situation,” said Tito.
