Tito and McGee of NAI Hunneman broker $1.6 million sale of 484 Commercial Street, Boston

NAI Hunneman's Robert Tito, executive vice president and principal and sales associate Dan McGee represented the seller, Nicholas M. Nikitas, and procured the buyer, Larry Post. "We utilized a 'call for offers approach' with a competitive asking price which resulted in 45 showings and 17 offers on the property, said Tito." "Our approach combined with the building's strategic location in the North End/Waterfront made it an appealing asset." Offering views of Boston Harbor, 484 Commercial St. is located in close proximity to North Station, Faneuil Hall and a variety of area amenities.
