NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, brokered the $1.8 million sale of 146 Mount Auburn St., a 4,150 s/f retail/office building located in Harvard Sq. In April 2013 NAI Hunneman's investment services team sold the neighboring property at 144 Mount Auburn St.
Executive vice president/principal Robert Tito, assisted by sales associate Gina Barroso and senior vice president Greg Larsen, represented the seller Almark Realty Trust.
The buyer, Theodore Galante, was represented by Tom Johnson at Hammond Real Estate.
"The property's unique mix of retail and office space set in a prime location within Harvard Square made it very attractive to the investment community," said Tito.
