Tito of NAI Hunneman brokers $16.5m sale of two apt. buildings totaling 193 units
NAI Hunneman has brokered the $16.5 million sale of Town Lynne Village and Camelot Apartments.
Robert Tito, executive vice president/principal of NAI Hunneman, represented the sellers, Clinton Management Corp. and Camelot Management Corp., and procured the buyer, Micozzi Management, a Massachusetts-based apartment rental, commercial leasing, management and investment company.
"These well maintained garden apartments were a perfect fit for Micozzi Management," said Tito. "Our client already owns more than 500 units in surrounding communities, making this a perfect opportunity for them to further solidify their role as a major player in the area."
Town Lynne Village is located at 290 Berlin St. and Camelot Apartments is located at 1021 Main St. The combined transaction totaled 193-units.
