Tito of NAI Hunneman brokers sale of apartment complex for $3.85 million

NAI Hunneman recently completed the sale of Warren Apartments, a 63-unit brick, garden style apartment community.NAI Hunneman's Robert Tito, executive vice president and principal, represented the seller Warren Metacom, LLC and procured the buyer, Diversified Funding, in the transaction. "This offering represented an excellent opportunity to acquire two attractive, brick, garden-style apartment buildings in an excellent location," said Tito. "This property enjoys a high occupancy level and a stabilized positive cash flow." Located in East Bay, Warren Apartments is a two building complex with 31 one bedroom and 32 two bedroom units. The property is located off of Rte. 136 with roadway visibility.
