Paychex Inc., a provider of payroll, human resource and benefits outsourcing solutions, signed a 8,000 s/f lease on the 1st floor. Larry Davis, director of real estate & facilities at Paychex said, “Bedford Springs Office Park was ultimately the right move for our company.
