Nashua, NH Harrington & Reeves completed two class A office lease transactions. The Sisters of Mercy of the Americas Northeast Community, represented by Pat Clancey of Pat Clancey Realty, leased 1,621 s/f, and Soleo Health, represented by Mike Harrington of Harrington & Reeves, leased 3,411 s/f.  Deane Navaroli of Harrington & Reeves represented the owners of 11 Trafalgar Sq. on both transactions.  Both Navaroli and Harrington are principals at Harrington & Reeves and specialize in landlord and tenant representation.   

9 & 11 Trafalgar Sq. are two class A multi-tenant office buildings with a total of 65,000 s/f located at Exit 8.  These lease transactions increase the occupancy of these buildings to 84%.
