Initially constructed in 1878, the 2,558 s/f building is centrally located near the intersection of Rtes. 16 and 27 and is among the few commercial properties in the primarily residential community.

David Tognacci of Phoenix represented the seller, Maple Corner Trust, in the $700,000 transaction.
