Phoenix Commercial R.E. has leased first floor space at 159 Linden St. to Miss Michelle's Center for the Performing Arts.
The 3,200 s/f facility will house classes for children and adults and will feature annual performances of The Nutcracker Ballet, Spring Fling musical, Releve Ballet Workshop and Jazz Fest.
David Tognacci of Phoenix represented Miss Michelle's and Dennis DiSchino of Equity Partners was the broker for owners Charles Boiardi and William Cullen.
