Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial handles Advocates' $849,000 sale
Advocates Inc., one of the largest social service agencies in the state, has sold its building at 23-27 Hollis St., also known as the Beaumont Building.
The two-story office building, containing 12,000 s/f plus a full basement, had served as Advocates' headquarters and clinical operations for nearly the last 15 years. The agency had moved is corporate offices to One Clarks Hill here in 205 and recently relocated its clinical operations to Chestnut Place at 354 Waverly St.
David Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial Real Estate LLC represented the seller in the $849,000 transaction.
The buyer, Yi Wang, was represented by Michael Seadia of Investment Property Specialists.
