Torrington’s Sage honored at PRISM gala

Portsmouth, NH Torrington’s Sage Portsmouth, a newly-opened 95-unit luxury condominium complex, has been recognized as the “Best Multi-Unit For-Sale Community” at the 2025 PRISM Awards Gala, earning gold in the “Excellence for Community Design” category. 

The “Best Multi-Unit For-Sale Community” recognition is awarded to structures and developments whose conceptual plan, interior layout and exterior design enables members of the community to access their living space in a convenient and comfortable manner. In capturing top honors from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston, Sage bested properties from New Hampshire, Greater Boston and Boston proper.

The complex, which officially opened in September 2025, introduces a unique housing concept to Portsmouth featuring well-appointed residences and thoughtfully curated amenities with 20% of its units dedicated to meet the needs of Portsmouth’s burgeoning workforce.
