Townhomes at The Metropolitan now complete
According to Seth Weinstein, principal of Hannah Real Estate Investors, The Townhomes at The Metropolitan is complete. The Metropolitan is Stamford's first modern, sophisticated Manhattan-style residence offering 39 loft-style condominiums and 12 luxurious townhomes in the heart of downtown Stamford.
Hannah Real Estate Investors partnered with Paxton and Ray Kinol of Stillwater Investment Management and Summer Partners, LLC to develop the property. William Raveis' New Homes Division is marketing the residences to the public.
