Transwestern | RBJ renews HD Supply’s 152,000 s/f warehouse and distribution lease

Boston, MA Transwestern | RBJ represented National Development in a 152,000 s/f lease renewal with HD Supply at 100 Meadow Rd. Transwestern | RBJ partner John Lashar, senior vice president Rob Byrne and vice president Chris Mullen represented the building owner.

“100 Meadow Road is a rare, institutional-quality industrial facility located just inside the Route 128 loop, providing easy access to the suburbs,” said Byrne. “National Development made a terrific investment in acquiring this asset. We are pleased to be able to retain such an excellent anchor tenant as HD Supply.”

HD Supply was represented by Colliers International.

A 433,000 s/f warehouse and distribution building, 100 Meadow Rd. is located in the Boston Business Park, near the Dedham line.

The building provides access to both downtown Boston and the nearby suburbs via Rte. 128 and features an ESFR sprinkler system and 32-foot clear height.
