TRB & Associates brokers $1.8 million sale of 5-unit multi-family in Quincy

TRB & Associates brokered the sale of a newly constructed, 5-unit, multi-family investment property totaling 6,500 s/f of living area situated upon 10,000 s/f of land at 96 West St. for $1.8 million. The recently completed building was 100% vacant at the time of sale with certificates of occupancies just being issued. Requesting anonymity, the buyer acquired the property from Michael Grehan, who was represented exclusively by Gus Confalone of Century 21 Annex Realty, Inc. Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB represented the buyer in the transaction. "Without a doubt, this extremely smooth transaction was a win-win for all parties involved" said Blakely.
