TRB & Associates leases 1,200 s/f to Kushala Sip Coffee in Stoneham

Stoneham, MA According to TRB & Associates, Inc., Kushala Sip Coffee is now open at 335 Main St. which is a multi-tenant commercial property owned by Middlesex Investment Partners LLC. 

The 1,200 s/f Kushala Sip Coffee shop, owned and operated by Dalia Valencia, offers coffee, espresso-based beverages and tea – as well as smoothies, hot chocolate, and some pastries. It features an espresso bar and an outdoor patio space with five tables.
