TRB completes 8,400 s/f structural renovation and expansion project
TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor and design builder from Hooksett, N.H., has completed structural renovations and expansion of Acton Wine & Spirit Co. at 305 Main St.
The 8,400 s/f project consisted of expanding the existing retail store to include neighboring tenant space, renovating the existing store, and fit-up. The expansion required installing structural steel to connect the two tenant spaces.
The addition features a wine tasting bar, an additional cooler, and retail shelving. TRB expanded the business office, made all new interior appointments, redistributed HVAC drops in the new acoustical grid, and updated the sprinkler system throughout the store.
