CORRECTION
An article that ran in the August 28th issue of the Shopping Centers section of the New England Real Estate Journal stated that Regency Centers appointed ERA Norton Group to lease the second floor office space at Twin City Plaza, Somerville, Mass. ERA The Norton Group is no longer leasing office space at the center.
Regency Centers has appointed Steve Kelley, commercial real estate broker at The Diamond Group, to lease the office space at Twin City Plaza.
Howard Schussler, Regency Centers leasing agent, is still the key contact for retail leasing at Twin City Plaza.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
