TRB Development Group, Inc., of Hooksett N.H., was selected by Compass Realty Associates, LLC, of Burlington Mass. to construct a new, 15,000 s/f CVS Pharmacy at 1502 Main St., about two miles north of the intersection of Rtes. 18 and 139.
The Weymouth Planning Board approved the project on June 25th, and the foundation was poured July 14th. This new CVS will feature a drive-thru pharmacy drop off and pick up window. Construction cost for this new store is $2,289,706. The project will be complete by December.
