TRB Realty negotiates the $7m sale of The Newtonville Portfolio - Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. reps buyer, 60 Austin Street LLC

Newton, MA TRB Realty negotiated the sale of The Newtonville Portfolio to 60 Austin Street LLC for $7 million.

Three contiguous mixed-use buildings totaling over 30,000 s/f on one acre with 84 parking spaces in the Newtonville village center section of the city across from Star Market.

Exclusively on behalf of L & B Realty Trust, TRB Realty sold:

• 46-48 Austin St. consists of 11,272 s/f;

• 60 Austin St. consists of 15,450 s/f; and

• 66-68 Austin St., a 3,982 s/f duplex.

Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB exclusively represented the seller. Steve Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. represented the buyer.
