Trevor Davis Commercial completes two sales totaling $403,000
Middletown, CT Trevor Davis, CCIM of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, completed the sale of 344 Main St. to Perk on Main, LLC. This 2,466 sf retail/restaurant building was owned by Bun on the Run, LLC and sold for $203,000. Perk on Main will open their third restaurant.
In another transaction, Trevor Davis Commercial completed the sale of commercial condominium units 1 & 2 at 415 Killingworth Rd. to Dr. Keith Campbell for $200,000. The seller of the 2,128 s/f corner office was KDLSC, LLC. The sale price was $203,000.
Davis was the sole broker in both transactions.
