Trevor Davis, CCIM represented the landlord, Schaffer Associates, LLC in the 2,000 s/f lease at 320 Main St. to Walter and Thomas Wang. 320 Main St. is in the large, central block of downtown Middletown. The space is downtown Middletown's newest restaurant, ANOHO, A Noodle House, serving Asian cuisine. Trevor Davis, CCIM, of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC, was the sole broker in the transaction.

Davis represented Jem Wire Products, Inc. in a 31,800 s/f lease at 2303 So. Main St. to Alpine Environmental Services, LLC. The industrial building is located on Rte. 17 near the Durham and Middlefield borders. Jem Wire has closed its operations. Alpine Environmental Services moved its operation from Wallingford. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction.

Davis, leased office and worship space from First United Methodist Church at 24 Old Church St. to Shiloh Christian Church. The two congregations have their own separate spaces at the Methodist Church on the South Green while Shiloh builds its new church at 693 Saybrook Rd. The two congregations have already held a joint service celebrating their common beliefs. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction.

Davis leased 2,229 s/f to TEC, Inc. in 100 Plaza Middlesex. The brownstone façade is also known as 179 Main St. The tenant, also known as The Environmental Company, is from Charlottesville, Va. Tom Ford of Midfield Corporation represented the landlord and Davis represented the tenant.

Davis brokered the following small office space transactions at 438 Main St. and Washington St. (Rte. 66) known as downtown Middletown's best corner: Attorney Richard Croce, MODAR, the Guardian, Photography by Jennifer Lynn, Cosys Systems, LLC, Newtech Installation USA, Daniel G. Diaz Del Valle and Vector Marketing. 438 Main St. is a mixed-use building and includes two floors of office space above the two retail floors. Trevor Davis, CCIM represented the landlord, Hilltop Associates, and was the sole broker in the transactions.

Trevor brokered the following transactions at Middletown Business Park: Autopart International leased 9,490 s/f; Apex Lighting Solutions leased 6,362 s/f; MobileXUSA leased 4,786 s/f; ZMIKE, Division of Beta Lazer Mike, leased 3,921 s/f; A & A Office Systems leased 3,793 s/f; Long Island Opthalmic Services, Inc. leased 1,752 s/f; System Specialties leased 1,917 s/f; FIA Inc. leased 1,114 s/f; Contemporary Services leased 886 s/f; UBTS leased 583 s/f; A&B Healthcare leased 411 s/f.

Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate has brought Middletown Business Park from 47% to 85% leased for BostonMiddletown, LLC, the landlord. The 75,000 s/f office and light industrial park has access from I-91 at Country Club Rd. (Exit 20), or Rte. 372, Cromwell (Exit 21), between Middle St. and Industrial Park Rd. Available spaces range from 450 s/f office suites to 4,000 s/f office/flex/warehouse spaces.

Davis leased 1,118 s/f of office space to Charles Computer Service at 98 Washington St., above the restaurant Luce. Foster Charles has grown his computer sales and service firm over the past 5 years enough to require additional space for his growing staff. The landlord, RAMO, LLC, owns the corner parking lot and the mixed use building that includes office space, apartments and Luce. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction.

Davis leased 5,675 s/f to Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc. at 440 Middlefield St. PCF distributes newspapers for the Middletown Press, Hartford Courant, New York Times, and other newspapers. The landlord, Middletown Revival, LLC, has rehabilitated the four-building complex that contains Baldwin Pergolas and Furniture and other tenants.
