Triglione of Nordlund Associates brokers $1.8 million industrial sale
Lynn, MA Brian Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. assisted client Chaves Flooring Inc. in the acquisition of 748-752 Western Ave., an 8,719 s/f industrial warehouse situated on 0.618 acres with direct frontage on Western Ave. The property sold for $1.8 million which equates to $206 per s/f.
Brian Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. represented the buyer, Chaves Group LLC and Todd Koss of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties LLC represented the seller, 748-752 Western Ave, LLC.
