Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiates sale of 3,447 s/f office property
Danvers, MA Brian Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. facilitated the sale of three contiguous office condominium units for $657,165 at 100 Conifer Hill Dr., Suites 102, 105 & 106 totaling 3,447 s/f.
Nordlund facilitated the transaction with the buyer, Stonehearth Capital Management, LLC in the off-market transaction with the seller, Castagna Real Estate Development LLC.
According to the buyer, “We engaged Brian Triglione of Nordlund to locate a property to facilitate the expansion and relocation of our company. The team worked diligently and successfully located this off-market opportunity that will allow us to continue to service our existing customer base and provide future expansion opportunity.”
