This 7,100 s/f flex industrial facility, formerly occupied by Thomas Machine Works, sold for $635,000. The building will now be occupied by Henry Schwab Company, a supplier of products to the funeral industry.
Triglione represented both the seller and buyer of the property. "The property was snapped up quickly due to its good condition and limited inventory of other available properties of similar size in the Newburyport Industrial Park," said Triglione.
Newburyport Five Cents Savings bank and the SBA provided financing for the transaction.
