Triglione of The Kane Co. completes final lease at 30,000 s/f 2 Fanaras Dr.

Anthony Triglione, broker with The Kane Company, Inc. has recently leased out the final 5,000 s/f at 2 Fanaras Dr. to LC Technology Solutions. This lease completes the marketing assignment between Triglione and The Kane Co. and J&B Salisbury Realty after J&B purchased the 30,000 s/f property and converted it to flex/industrial condominiums in 2007. John Breen, principal said, "The project took longer than we anticipated given the downturn in the economy, but I am happy that we chose you and the Kane Co. to represent us. I appreciate all your hard work and negotiating skills which proved to be very effective." The final tenant, LC Technology Solutions, outgrew their former space in Seabrook, N.H. Brand new office space, additional shop space, and availability of a loading dock at 2 Fanaras Dr. were all important considerations for this growing company. LC Technology Solutions is a worldwide supplier of controlled and inert atmosphere gloveboxes and gas purification systems, solvent purification systems and laboratory high pressure gas purification systems. Other tenants/owners occupying the facility include Topsfield Tool, Motivation Design and WinNelson Supply.
