Trotta of Lyman Real Estate sells 1.66 acres
Glastonbury, CT According to Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development, the firm has completed the sale of Lot 4, Sequin Dr.
Lyman broker and associate Carolyn Trotta represented sellers Kristin Muschett and Erica Backmann. The sale price was not disclosed.
Tracy Molloy was agent for buyer Fritz Property Management.
The 1.66 acre parcel is commercially zoned. The buyer has been granted approval for a 7,500 s/f building with warehouse and office space.
