Trotta of Lyman Real Estate sells 32,350 s/f to BitterrootAE for $1 million
Plainfield, CT Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development sold the property at 20 Excalibur Blvd., the former location of Motorsports Nation.
Lyman broker Carolyn Trotta represented the buyer, Bitterroot AE, LLC, and Sentry Commercial was agent for the seller, Velocity Commercial Capital Loan Trust.
The new owners also intend to use the property as a retail facility.
The 32,350 s/f commercial building sits on 6.7 acres and sold for $1 million.
