Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc. names Stokarski as human resource manager

Trumbull-Nelson Construction Company, Inc., recently appointed Paul Stokarski, of Springfield, Vermont as human resource manager. Prior to joining Trumbull-Nelson, Stokarski, PHR was regional supervisor of human resources for Stantec, and also served as manager of human resources for Dufresne-Henry, Inc. in North Springfield, Vermont where his duties ranged from safety, recruiting, employee relations and organizational development. He has been a certified Human Resources Professional since 2002. He also served as the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Foundation Chair in the River Valley Human Resource Association, and has been active on the Vermont State Council. Stokarski began his career in the ski resort industry working at Okemo Mountain resort for 10 years developing the safety program while working on construction projects and risk management. In his early youth, he worked as a carpenter for his father, who was a self-employed builder in the Springfield area.
