Trump Parc Stamford, has put together an innovative program for home buyers who are ready to move now, but can't wait until the 34-story tower is completed in the spring of next year.

Under the new program, Trump Parc Stamford will contribute to the buyer's rent up to 5% of the purchase price of a new condominium with a maximum contribution of $50,000. The rent payments will be credited to the purchase price at the time of closing. Trump Parc Stamford, which is under construction, is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2009. Qualified buyers can also take advantage of the Trump Parc Stamford Rate Protection Plan which offers a free rate lock for two full years.

"We're getting a lot of interest from people who would love to buy at Trump Parc Stamford but the timing is not right. They want to move now but we're not going to be ready for at least another 14 months. So, we have developed this new program to help them realize their dream of living at Trump Parc Stamford," said Jessica Rohm, senior managing director of Cappelli Sales and Marketing, which is handling the sales and marketing for Trump Parc Stamford.
Rohm said the new program is especially appealing to employees at UBS headquarters in Stamford as well as the soon-to-be-completed headquarters of Royal Bank of Scotland.

Located in the heart of downtown, Trump Parc features 170 residences and a wealth of world-class amenities and services never before available in the Stamford market. Now under construction, the glass and steel tower is expected to be complete by spring 2009. More than 30% of the residences at Trump Parc are sold, including the largest penthouse which recently sold for $4.3 million.

Amenities at Trump Parc include 24-hour concierge/doorman, indoor swimming pool, full-service health club, wireless lounge, billiards and screening rooms and a rooftop private observation deck.
As the tallest building in the city and one of the tallest residential buildings between Manhattan and Boston, Trump Parc will offer spectacular panoramic views of Long Island Sound and the NYC skyline.

Donald Trump, Thomas Rich of F.D. Rich Company of Stamford, Conn, and Louis Cappelli of Cappelli Enterprises in Valhalla are developing Trump Parc.
