Turley of Cronheim Mortgage arranges $8 million financing

David Turley of Cronheim Mortgage has arranged financing of $8 million for Village at Countryside. The 60% leveraged financing carries a 10-year term with a 20-year amortization schedule. Village at Countryside is a 104,011 s/f shopping center anchored by a Macy's Furniture store located on US Rte. 19 at Enterprise Rd. The property is comprised of six adjoining buildings and is occupied by 15 tenants, which include several regional and national retailers.  Prior to the financing, the property underwent a renovation. The center received a new façade, new signage, and repaved parking lot.
