Twombly of Sovereign Realty leases 7,400 s/f to Manchester Athletic Club
Todd Twombly of Sovereign Realty Advisors leased a 7,400 s/f building to The Manchester Athletic Club. Built this year the building is located in The Whistle Stop Plaza in a prime retail area adjacent to Station Place, another project the company built and leased.
Sovereign Construction handled the build-out for the tenant and also constructed the building for the owner, Braga Management. Sovereign Realty Advisors, formed in 2006, is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Sovereign Group, a real estate, brokerage, development, private equity and construction company.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
