Urban Land Institute hires Grenier as program manager

Boston, MA Urban Land Institute (ULI) Boston, a global non-profit research and education organization, has hired Michaela Grenier as program manager. In her role at ULI, Grenier will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance panels and ULI Boston/New England member events.

Grenier brings a background in urban planning, conflict resolution, and program management to her role at ULI. She has spent the last decade in the non-profit sector working with mission-focused coalitions. Before joining ULI, Grenier spent over two years advancing greenway and transportation projects in the city while working at the transportation advocacy non-profit Livable Streets Alliance. Grenier is a proud alumna of Denison University, where she studied International Studies and Women’s Studies.

“We are thrilled to welcome Michaela to the ULI Boston/New England team,” said Michelle Landers, executive director of ULI Boston/New England. “Her unique combination of urban planning expertise, conflict resolution skills, and deep experience in the nonprofit sector makes her ideally suited to enhance our technical assistance panels and member programming. Michaela’s proven track record of advancing transportation and greenway projects also aligns perfectly with our mission to create transformative impact in communities across New England.”

With this addition to the team, ULI Boston/New England continues to strengthen its capacity to serve its growing membership base of over 1,300 real estate professionals across the six New England states.
