Unicorn Realty signs TradeWinds Realty Group to 1,300 s/f at 124 Washington St.

Unicorn Realty recently completed a five-year lease for a new tenant at 124 Washington St. TradeWinds Realty Group LLC, an independent business which assists buyers, sellers and developers with the marketing, purchase, sale of land and land development of residential and commercial real estate within Mass. selected the location "after much investigation into the abundance of units available throughout the Rte. 3 and Rte. 53 vicinity," according to TradeWinds Realty Group owner Marybeth Mills Muldowney. Muldowney has signed a five-year lease to operate from the 1,300 s/f unit. Denece Clinton of Unicorn Realty served as broker.
