United Group completes acquisition of UNICCO
United Group Limited has completed the acquisition of UNICCO Service Company for $408 million.
"We are pleased to welcome UNICCO staff and customers to United Group. UNICCO's very capable senior management team will continue to manage the business with George Keches remaining as president and Lou Lanzillo, vice chairman, will become United Group's chief operating officer Americas & Europe," said United Group's managing director and CEO Richard Leupen.
