Valenti and Calabrese of R. Calabrese Agency complete $1.325 million sale

Manchester, CT Tony Valenti and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC of Waterbury, completed the sale of a net ground lease for a  McDonalds located at 184-188 Spencer St. The 4,302 s/f building on 1.20 acres is situated at a signalized intersection in close proximity to Exit 1 of the Rte. 384 connector to I-84. The surrounding neighborhood is a heavily traveled retail corridor with a recently approved Walmart diagonally across the road as well as Shop-Rite, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, Pep Boys, Ocean State Job Lot, Studio 6 Hotel, and Wendy’s.

The buyer, NF, LLC was represented by the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC and the seller was represented by the Zinsser Real Estate Agency of Manchester.
