Valenti and Calabrese of R. Calabrese handle lease to Personal Touch
Waterbury, CT According to Tony Valenti and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC, a ground breaking of Personal Touch Car Wash and Detailing at 1359 Thomaston Ave. has taken place. The long-term ground lease will accommodate this full-service car wash and detailing center on 1.25 acres or 54,450 s/f.
Having fourteen locations throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island, this new location will be Personal Touch’s third offering in the market. Personal Touch Car Wash and Detailing joins a newer Cumberland Farms, and is positioned to provide access to I-84 and Rte. 8, and the Thomaston Ave. corridor.
The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the landlord and tenant in this leasing transactions.
