Vantage Builders, Inc. completes renovations for three tenants for Boston Properties, Inc.

Vantage Builders, Inc., a general contracting and construction firm, has completed three tenant renovation projects on behalf of Boston Properties, Inc. at 91 Hartwell Ave. The projects were completed for Leidos, Quantech Services, Inc. and Sideris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Each client fit-up was 4,000 s/f and involved both systems and finish work. Vantage performed mechanical relocation, ceiling repair and installation of internal plumbing. Finish work included wall, ceiling and floor improvements. "While these three projects had similarities, in terms of size and the type of work that was performed, each one was certainly unique," said Mike Thayer, senior project manager, Vantage. "The building floor plan, office layouts and the tenant's design requirements all create interesting differences. We've enjoyed working at 91 Hartwell for Boston Properties." The architects on the projects were Wilson Architectural Services, for Leidos and Sideris, and Colin Smith Architecture, Inc. for Quantech.
