Vernco Raymond Two LLC buys 13,694 s/f Freetown Yankee Market: sold at auction by James St. Jean for People's United Bank

Vernco Raymond Two, LLC with George Vernet, III as its manager, has purchased the one story 58 Rte. 27 (former Freetown Yankee Market) building from People's United Bank. The 13,694 s/f building consists of a newly-constructed restaurant and full meat and produce market. This 5.06 acre corner site is at a traffic signal at the intersection of Rtes. 27 and 107. Neighbors include Walgreens, Advance Auto Parts, Hannaford Supermarket, Rite Aid, McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts. The building was purchased for $660,001 at auction from James St. Jean Auctioneers. Financing was provided by Danversbank.
