Integrated Builders completed a 104,000 s/f build-out for Comcast at 9 Northeastern Blvd. Integrated Bldrs., which was hired by NE Facility Solutions Corp., completed the fit-out of the testing room with drop ceiling, vinyl composite tile (VCT) flooring, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical and fire protection for Comcast of Maine/N.H., Inc. 9 Northeastern Blvd. is a 660,000 s/f warehouse/light manufacturing facility and is owned by Equity Industrial Partners. The architect for the project was The McKenna Group Ltd.
