Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein sells 7,500 s/f

Randy Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein has found a new home for Case Concepts. They have purchased 7,500 s/f at 112 Prospect St., an office condominium formerly home to the regional office for the American Red Cross. Case Concepts are planning extensive renovations, as 112 Prospect St. will become their new world corporate headquarters. Case Concepts is a dedicated OEM case design and manufacturing firm established in 1995, with experience in the medical, consumer and wireless industries. With company headquarters in Stamford, commercial offices in Europe, and wholly-owned manufacturing, logistics and sourcing facilities in China. Council for The American Red Cross was Robert Russo in Fairfield and council for Case Concepts was Kate Diehm of Rucci Law Group in Darien.
