Vidal/Wettenstein and Angel Commecial broker 5,556 s/f office lease relocation
Fairfield, CT Vidal/Wettenstein and Angel Commercial have arranged the lease for Mantrose-Haeusers’ office relocation.
It was recently announced that Mantrose-Haeuser Company has relocated their corporate U.S. office from Westport. The firm has leased 5,556 s/f of office space at 1 Post Rd. The 30,000 s/f building overlooks the Ash River. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The property owner, One Post Road Fairfield, LLC, was represented by Jon Angel of Angel Commercial. The tenant was represented by Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein.
