Zeisler & Zeisler, P.C (Z&Z), a Bridgeport law firm, will be relocating to 10 Middle St. They will be leaving the Tudor-style house they have occupied at 558 Clinton Ave. for the past 20 years to occupy the entire 12,000 s/f 15th floor of 10 Middle St., an 18-story office tower located across the street from the Metro-North/Amtrak railroad station, the Bridgeport Transportation Center and the Bridgeport Holiday Inn. Z&Z plans to take occupancy on or about June 1 upon completion of the redesigned space, which is being coordinated and executed by Z&Z's new landlord The Trefz Corp. Z&Z is known for their bankruptcy/debtor-creditor, commercial litigation and transactional practices; and have recently strengthened their personal injury/workers' compensation and white collar crime practices.
According to Z&Z's managing director Deborah Accurso, "We very much look forward to occupying this beautiful space which will resolve our growth issues and allow us to take advantage of the latest technology for the foreseeable future. Working with the team from Trefz Corp. has been a pleasure; and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship. We are very excited."
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & David Fugitt, SIOR, both of Vidal/Wettenstein of Westport, negotiated the terms and conditions for both parties.
