Vidal Wettenstein brokers 1,280 s/f lease for Stadler Construction
Norwalk, CT Stadler Construction has secured a lease for 1,280 s/f warehouse space located at 45 Ruby St. The space includes an overhead door and fenced-in parking, making it ideal for the company’s storage of equipment and trucks.
The property attracted strong interest from prospective tenants, generating multiple showings and offers that exceeded the asking price. The landlord, Antonio Service Insulation, selected Stadler Construction as the new tenant following a competitive leasing process.
The transaction was exclusively brokered by Krisztina Kranicz and Silvester Garza of Vidal Wettenstein LLC.
