Jelliff Lane's close proximity to I-95 and the Southport train station together with its long recognized reputation as a premier building were the driving factors in Starboard's decision in selecting this location for its new 2,500 s/f home. Starboard Capital Partners is a financial and strategic sponsor that partners with management and private equity investors primarily in the acquisition of companies with initial enterprise values of $25 million to $250 million.
