Vidal/Wettenstein leases 1,100 s/f at 3 Lafayette St. to RWH Myers & Co.
According to Scott Zakos, partner of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, RWH Myers & Company has leased 1,100 s/f at 3 Lafayette St. RWH Myers & Company is an accounting firm with headquarters in Chicago. Local architect Ray Oliver who recently purchased and renovated the building also has his office in the building.
The buiding is a mixed-use office/residential building and well located across the street from the Milford Green and train station.
