Vidal Wettenstein LLC represents seller in mixed-use building sale - $600,000

Hamden, CT The mixed-use building at 2581 State St. has been sold to an owner-user. There are two existing buildings on one lot of 0.42 acres. One building is an auto repair shop which is 1,570 s/f, and the other is a 1,242 s/f single-family home.

The new owner will use the automotive repair shop to store equipment and trucks; the house is being converted to an office use. Krisztina Kranicz and Silvester Garza of Vidal Wettenstein LLC represented the seller in the transaction. Milena Mineri and Alexa Mantovani of REMAX represented the purchaser, Deleo Construction. The property was sold for $600,000.
