Vidal/Wettenstein negotiates 5,745 s/f warehouse lease to Hornblower Marine

Stratford, CT A portion of the industrial building at 190 Charles St. has been leased to Hornblower Marine. The 5,745 s/f section will be used for parts warehouse and repair of boat engines. The building is home to the Edwin Gaynor Company which occupies the front of the building.

Hornblower Group is a global leader in ferry transportation services. Spanning a 100-year history, Hornblower Marine is a subsidiary of Hornblower Group, which provides vessel outhaul and maintenance services at Bridgeport Boatworks. It is also a subsidiary of Hornblower Group, operating and maintaining U.S. Navy ranges and port facilities, including local oil spill response.

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the lease for Hornblower Marine, and was the listing broker.
