Vidal/Wettenstein reps. O’Reilly Electric in $380,000 purchase

Stratford, CT O’Reilly Electric of Norwalk, has purchased a 4,000 s/f industrial building at 584 Surf Ave. The building will be used to house the O’Reilly Electrical Contractor business. The property sold for $380,000. The building had previously been leased to North Country Boatworks which will be relocating to 36 Higgins Dr. in Milford, as their new location.

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker and represented O’Reilly Electric.

O’Reilly Electric LLC has been providing the local community with efficient and affordable electrical services since the company opened in 2002. Among many items in the electrical business, they do everything from installing new switches in residential, to complex data and security systems.
