Vidal/Wettenstein sells 7,000 s/f to Repasi Motorwerks

1701 Stratford Avenue - Stratford, CT

Stratford, CT 1701 Stratford Ave. has been purchased by Jim Repasi, president of Repasi Motorwerks. The sale price was $600,000 or $85.71 per s/f. The business occupying the 7,000 s/f building will be a Porsche service center.

Redco Audio had occupied the building for 15 years before relocating to a larger building in Monroe. The new business will need to completely transform the building to an automobile service center.

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the transaction representing the owner.

Lucas Peter of Compass Commercial Real Estate represented Repasi.

According to Repasi, “The company specializes in all Porsche GT models with more than 15 years of country wide experience. The company provides their clients a private service experience built on trust and transparency.”
